I have a handcrafted one off copper relief portraying “The Four Horsemen” from “The Apocalypse,” based on a famous woodcut by the German artist Albrecht Durer dated 1498. The copper art is framed in an antique/vintage frame that I have lightly restored.
The copper artwork is filled with intricate detail, depicting four ominous horsemen from Saint John’s apocalyptic vision: Death the Conqueror, War, Famine, and, in the foreground, the shrivelled reaper pitching his harvest into Hell.
