Shipping 

All my artwork is custom handcrafted, so each artwork takes time, and there is always a list of clients to go through. So please allow two to five weeks for your purchase to be crafted & shipped out to you.

I also have some artwork already crafted on my website. These artworks will be shipped within five working days after being purchased… 

When I ship your order, I will receive your tracking number from the DHL Express shipping company. I will email you the tracking number of your order. Your order will be delivered to your nominated address. A signature for the order will be required from the recipient for the order when delivered.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

A parcel is considered lost after 20 business days for Australian orders and 30 business days for international orders from the shipping date the artwork was shipped. Therefore, I cannot dispatch a replacement until this period has elapsed.

Celtic Copper Craft cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the shipping company or the courier. Although orders typically take less time than the delivery date quoted when shipped.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: 

Suppose your package is returned to Celtic Copper Craft due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Customers must pay shipping costs to re-deliver their order to the corrected address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering your artwork.

I am not in any way responsible for the loss of your order if the address you provided to Celtic Copper Craft is incomplete or incorrect.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Celtic Copper Craft is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that your country’s customs clearance may impose delays on delivery time.

Returns:

Celtic Copper Craft will only accept genuine returns or cancellations on the following terms.

• If the artwork is damaged, please provide photos.
• You must contact Celtic Copper Craft within three days from delivery.
• You must return the item within ten business days from the date of delivery.
• Change of mind is not accepted as a reason for a return.
• I don’t accept exchanges.
• But don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

Conditions of return

• Buyers are responsible for the costs of returning artwork.
• Artwork must be returned in its original condition to receive any refund.
• Celtic Copper Craft charges an 18 % restocking fee on all returned artwork.
